Robert Half Customer Service Specialist in St. Paul, Minnesota

Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Ensure accurate and prompt processing of orders.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.

  • Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall customer service function.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
