Regions Hospital Daybridge Partial Hospital Coordinator in St. Paul, Minnesota

Regions Hospital is seeking an individual with medical administrative experience and strong verbal and written communication skills to join our Daybridge Partial Hospitalization program in a Coordinator position. The purposes of this position are: to provide program reception, client program scheduling, referral administration/information, registration, medical record and other administrative support services to designated area; and to perform related duties as assigned. This role is a resource for clients, program staff and providers regarding insurance coverage and benefits, referral/authorization requirements, coordination of benefits and preferred provider/care networks. Must possess a high degree of public contact skills with adult clients. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Meets one of the following: Graduate of a formal training program in medical reception, an equivalent program, or a customer service program Two years experience as a medical receptionist Two years experience in a customer service position Two years experience in medical insurance or patient billing Preferred experience with Epic registration and scheduling Preferred experience with medical insurance and prior authorization Benefits: Regions Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K with match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
