Travel is required to go the homes and buildings and help with engagement. Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to increase engagement and recognition opportunities for employees. You will use creative and strategic measures to bring awareness to organization wide initiatives that benefit all employees and connect them with opportunities and engagement in the organization. You will participate in strategical and tactical processes throughout DRS to develop an impactful engagement strategy. You will also engage people, their teams, and employees in activities that support a person-centered and ALIVE Workplace environment through use of technology. You will participate in organization wide events/awards that focus on employee recognition. Qualifications and Requirements: Ability to implement strategic initiatives. Ability to think and respond creatively to help motivate and encourage people. Ability to manage systems while balancing multiple tasks and timelines. Proficiency in written and verbal communication. Proficiency in computer technology and its application to improving service delivery and business performance. Ability to facilitate training and collaborate using technology such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar virtual platforms. Comfortable speaking in large groups, in person and virtually. Ability to accept/follow-through with direction. Driver's license required and annual Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required. Travel as needed to various locations within the state and other training as needed or required.
