Position: Enrollment Operations Specialist Location: St. Paul, MN Job Id: 370058 # of Openings: 1 Enrollment Operations Specialist Position Overview: The Enrollment Operations Specialist is responsible for administrative and organizational duties essential for achieving enrollment goals. This role involves managing application files and materials, coordinating admissions initiatives, supporting enrollment databases, and collaborating with internal and offsite enrollment partners. Additionally, this position oversees enrollment mailing fulfillment, inventory and office supply management, event material preparation, and student worker supervision. With a strong emphasis on efficiency, flexibility, and attention to detail, the Enrollment Operations Specialist must excel in a fast-paced environment while ensuring data accuracy and effective operational, team, and student support. Essential Duties: Application Management and Administrative Support Efficiently and accurately maintain student application files by processing record changes and enrollment materials Facilitate ongoing and frequent communication with the enrollment team regarding student funnel progression and updates Enrollment Office Management Support essential enrollment initiatives including mailing fulfillment and event material preparation Manage enrollment inventory and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment Oversee the enrollment student office assistant position, including hiring, training, task management, and ongoing supervision Enrollment Process Development & Documentation Collaborate with team members to enhance and standardize enrollment processes, ensuring alignment with admissions and university goals Develop and document business processes related to application file management, enrollment systems, data reporting, and new and existing user training Enrollment Systems and Operational Support Provide ongoing support through operational collaboration in areas including enrollment system management and troubleshooting, CRM development, and user and enrollment partner onboarding Additional Duties Perform other admissions and enrollment-related tasks and functions as required Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree: Required 2+ years Proven experience in CRM administration and data management 2+ years Strong understanding of system integration and data flow. 2+ years Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data quality assurance. 2+ years Ability to create detailed documentation and process protocols. 2+ years Effective communication and collaboration skills. 2+ years Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Slate and Navigate 360. Competencies: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines Demonstrated experience as an agile problem solver who can work well in time-sensitive situations.
