Position: Events Experience Coordinator Location: St. Paul, MN Job Id: 510032 # of Openings: 1 Events Experience Coordinator Position Overview: To address the growing need for enhanced in-person event engagement and to deliver dynamic programming for these gatherings, the Office of University Advancement has integrated an Event Experience Coordinator into its team. This role is pivotal in orchestrating all aspects of event planning, collaborating closely with both on- and off-campus stakeholders and vendors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining comprehensive event and marketing strategies, curating guest lists, coordinating venue selection and catering requirements, and overseeing the day of experience. This position requires travel both within and outside the state. Essential Duties: In collaboration with Alumni Relations and University Athletics, plan and execute annual Alumni Awards and Athletic Hall of Fame banquets. Strategically partner with Alumni Relations to plan and execute Alumni Relations Events between 3-5 annually, including Golden Reunion and Alumni Advisory activities. Plan and execute the annual Evening with the President and President's Circle donor events in partnership with the Director of Donor Relations. In coordination with the Office of the President and other campus departments, plan and execute 3-5 regional donor-centric events during a fiscal year. Manage an events budget. Coordinate advancement staff weekly meetings and speakers.
