Job Details The Global Product Manager - EP will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our portfolio of EP medical device products on a global scale. This includes market research, product development, launch planning, advertising/promotions, market development and post-market surveillance. The role requires close collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, regulatory, Medical/Clinical/Scientific Affairs, Legal and other cross-functional teams to ensure the products meet customer needs and regulatory requirements while driving business growth. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop insights to drive product strategy. Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the development process. Clinical Studies: Collaborate with Clinical Studies, Medical Affairs and Regulatory to define marketing requirements for clinical studies including pre-market approvals (FDA PMA), Investigator-Initiated studies (IIT) and global studies Product Launch: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, marketing materials, and sales training. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure successful product introductions. Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and manage product improvements and updates. Ensure products comply with regulatory standards. Advertising & Promotion: Create and execute meaningfully differentiated promotional & educational content and programs while optimizing channel mix with sales tools for the sales team, events, paid and owned media. Financial Management: Develop business cases for new products and manage the product portfolio to meet financial goals. Track and report on product profitability. Customer Engagement: Act as a liaison between the company and customers, gathering feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction. Support sales teams with product expertise. Strategic Planning: Develop long-term product strategies that align with company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Nursing or related clinical degree, engineering, or a related field. (Required) Advanced degree (MBA or MS/MA) (Preferred) Experience 8-10 + years of product management experience, sales/service in the medical device industry or a related field. Proven record of accomplishment of managing products from concept to commercialization. Experience with global markets and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CE Mark). Strong understanding of the medical device market and technology trends from a sales-marketing-clinical vantage Skills Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams without direct authority. Proficiency in using product management and CRM software. Knowledge of medical device regulatory processes and requirements. Physical Demands Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lifting/moving up to 10 pounds.
