Description The Human Resources Manager will provide the organization with consulting services in the areas of Employee Relations, Management Consulting, Recruitment, HR policies and procedures, organizational HR services, and legal compliance regarding state and federal employment laws and regulations. Qualifications & Requirements: 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist or a comparable role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness or Business or related field and/or years of experience, which can include lived experience that is applicable to the job and performance. Knowledge of current HR practices, employment law, and compliance. Ability to coach and influence without authority in a way that builds strong business partnerships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills. High tolerance for ambiguity and strong ability to influence change. Firm understanding of MS Office Suite. Background check required. Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Request background check.
