Your Role: As an Industrial Construction Safety Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring safety compliance across various industrial job sites, from greenfield ag processing plants to active operating facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, direct, and enforce safety on multiple projects. - Identify and control hazardous conditions. - Partner with Project Executives, Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen. - Mentor and coach onsite crews. - Foster relationships to ensure safety compliance with all stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: - Four-year degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of construction safety experience. - OSHA 30 training. - First Aid/CPR/BBP and AED training. - Knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques. - CHST certification within 2 years of appointment. - Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills. Preferred: - Experience in ag industrial, biofuels, ethanol, food & beverage, central utility plants, water, and wastewater plants. Office and Travel: - Work at various job sites and/or Field Operations office. - Full-time on-site commitment for project durations ranging from 6 months to 24 months or more. Physical Requirements: - Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods. - Ability to move around construction sites, including climbing ladders and walking on uneven surfaces.
