Job Details The Manager ofField Training - Structural Heart is responsible for developing and implementing clinical/technical trainingfor our growing interventional technology business. The individual in this role will lead a team of trainers throughout the United States, support training of US and international teams, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that support the company's growth objectives. Essential Duties Lead the US Field-Based National Training Manager team for new hire training (online, classroom, Field Visits, Product Training Centers) on current and future interventional products Train existing team on new interventional products Manage product Training Centers (PTCs) creating live observational learning experiences for new hires and new products for existing team members. Deliver Developmental training for field team. Train international team members and distributors via the NTMs (online, classroom, 2-Day Field Visits). Provide Launch & Training support for US & International launches. Optimize deployment of the NTMs to maximize ROI Support Fellows Training and Conferences when requested Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications Education BS or Licensed professional (RN, RT, etc.) with incremental 3 years' experience - Required Experience 3+ years: Sales training, sales, sales management, clinical specialist, healthcare management in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, biotech industries - Required Skills -clinical training, sales enablement or management development -Strong leadership and team management skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Ability to work collaboratively across functions and at all levels of the organization -Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to clinical training and sales enablement Physical Demands X Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. X Stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. X Lifting/moving up to 10 pounds. Travel Expectations: 50% EEO Policy Statement Pay Transparency: The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role. In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term d sability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.
