Job Summary: Lutheran Social Service has responsibility for carrying out the purpose of the trust, which is to supplement and not replace public benefits, and to support individuals with disabilities in improving their quality of life. Qualifications and Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent GED) is required. Understanding of basic accounting required. Proficiency with Word and Excel. Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members while using the phone/email/in-person. Willingness and ability to learn new systems as well as help design procedures. Able to concentrate in a fast-paced work environment and respond to interruptions throughout the workday. Ability to handle complaints and find solutions.
