Overview We are currently seeking a full-time Project Engineer - Structural to join our bridge design team in any of the following offices: Madison WI, Baraboo WI, Milwaukee WI, Appleton WI, Marshfield WI, St. Paul MN, Duluth MN, Cedar Rapids IA, Des Moines IA, Dubuque IA, or Quad Cities IA/IL. Hybrid and flexible work arrangements are available based upon experience. This position will partner with our experienced team of bridge designers to provide structural design expertise on state and local bridge projects in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Our growing team includes experienced and graduate transportation staff in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa, providing you with technical support as well as mentorship for your success. The work you may do Prepare structural design calculations for bridges and other transportation structures Provide mentorship to graduate engineers Perform field investigations to evaluate structural conditions, and develop repair alternatives Communicate with clients, agencies, and the public Business development related to bridge infrastructure with current and future clients
