Smart Care Equipment Solutions Sr. Financial Analyst in St. Paul, Minnesota

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach to financial analysis and management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to energize and motivate their team. This is a hybrid, in office role (3 days/week). The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting all financial activities regarding commercial strategy and sales operations within Smart Care Solutions. They play a key role in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making by the executive team. Responsibilities: Organic Growth Optimization Assist with analysis on strategic initiatives to drive organic growth. Assist with the analysis process on new market adoption. Lead forecasting and reporting of new customer growth and retention. Assist in strategically define sales territories. Lead the development of reporting that aligns with commercial initiatives. Sales Support: Assist sales team evaluating the profitability of prospect offering. Assist in development and maintenance of a sales evaluation and approval process. Manage sales compensation plans. Build and enhance technical tools to manage sales deal flow and pipeline information. Pricing Optimization Assist with new pricing strategies. Manage pricing process and exception review. Build and enhance technical tools to manage sales deal flow and pipeline information. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. 3+ years of years of experience in a business and/or financial analyst role. Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills required. Experience with business intelligence tools and building data visualization. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
