Position: Student Help Desk Support Assistant Location: St. Paul, MN Job Id: 700480 (Fall 24) # of Openings: 2 Student Help Desk Support Assistant Position Overview: The Help Desk Student Employee position serves as the first point of contact for all technology questions and concerns. The role provides friendly and efficient service and plays an important role in promoting the IT Department's mission of serving the campus. Essential Duties: Provide technical support to CSP users by answering emails, phone calls, and in person inquiries in a timely manner. Inform CSP users of products and services offered by CSP Follow up with users to ensure satisfactory service Direct escalated issues to the appropriate teams via ticketing system. Participate in team building activities with fellow staff members and student employees.
