ManpowerGroup New Hire Coordinator in St. Peters, Missouri

Our client, in consumer packaged goods/manufacturing industry is seeking an New Hire Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, organization and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

*Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing setting*

Job Title: New Hire Coordinator

Location: St. Peters,MO 63376

Pay Range: $25-$27/hr

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with mass hiring events

  • Assist with and eventually run new hire orientation and work with training team on conducting retention questions

  • Partner with TA and onboarding advisors to troubleshoot and expedited potential issues

  • Assist conducting hourly exit interviews

  • Conduct exit interviews.

  • Increase the people focus on site - ie. engagement activities, visibility environment, etc

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or administrative roles.

  • Experience in a customer service-oriented role is a plus.

  • Must have manufacturing experience
