CC1 Virgin Islands Wine & Spirits Sales Consultant in St Thomas, Virgin Islands
Essential Responsibilities: Assess opportunities to grow and generate sales. Plans and implements for sales visits as per a pre-designated route listing to ensure that each customer is always maximizing volume potential with respect to all sales channels. Liaise with customers to maximize opportunity for servicing space allocations in store and back store. Develop a recommended sales and marketing plan with key customers for sales managers approval. Liaises with Distribution to ensure efficient customer service. Ensure customer education and implementation of stock rotation to avoid the occurrence of expired products. Handles all customer or dealer complaints satisfactorily, timely and effectively. Prepare necessary sales reports and use them effectively managing the respective areas. Monitors competition in area and modify plans accordingly. Executes all promotional activity to ensure effective customer service. Work experience requirements: 2 or more years of previous sales experience Excel knowledge required, as well as effective utilization of other Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook Able to manage multiple and changing priorities.
