The Senior Director of Oracle Health Partner/Reseller Strategy is responsible for:
Building long-term, strategic relationships with the partner ecosystem, including global recruitment and assessment of the new strategic product partners
Partner success management of the existing 3P resellers portfolio, with a focus on strategic assessment, commercials, go forward plans and operational engagement
Development of business plans for all partners and administration of QBR's aligned to mutual goals
Partnership with product management and executive leadership to assess areas where 3P product partnerships are required
Managing a team of Partner Success Managers
Alignment with Oracle's OPN leadership and business practices teams on initiatives and Oracle standards
Establishing 3P operational procedures e.g. partner intake, partner ongoing success management process
Close alignment with direct sales organization driving programs to achieve mutual goals
The Senior Director will lead the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives around Oracle Health 3P eco-system. You will regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. This person will have the ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in a cross functional setting is important.
In this role, you will help facilitate the development of strategic, GTM business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. You will work with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. In scope will be to develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards as well as monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Finally, you will establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities
Essential skills and experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Business Management, Marketing, Product Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (15+ years) in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development within the healthcare industry.
5 years+ a top tier consultancy with experience with project delivery within the healthcare industry.
Proven leader with a track record of building and managing dynamic teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with data analytics and Microsoft Office suite. Minimum intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel.
Desirable skills and knowledge:
- MBA preferred

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
