Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Stafford, TX

Salary: $15-$17 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 4:00PM to 12:00AM. Overtime opportunities available.

Requirements:

• Steel-toed shoes required

• Flexibility to work alternate shifts and overtime as needed

• Experience operating any type of machinery in a warehouse setting

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machinery involved in twisting, winding, braiding, sewing, and extrusion processes. Your role will involve selecting and installing appropriate tooling and fixtures, monitoring machines during production runs, performing preventative maintenance, and diagnosing any operational issues.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, start, and operate machinery according to production requirements

• Install and adjust tooling and fixtures as necessary

• Monitor machines throughout production and maintain logs of key process parameters

• Maintain material segregation and track usage

• Perform daily preventative maintenance on machines

• Identify and report machine issues to maintenance team

• Adhere to quality policies and company objectives

• Promote and practice safety protocols at all times

Skills and Competencies:

• Basic literacy in reading, writing, and arithmetic

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
