Responsibilities You will serve as an Administrative Officer responsible for performing a variety of administrative, analytical, evaluative, technical, and advisory services for functions of management, security training, budget, and civilian and military matters. You will manage the procurement of office supplies and information Technology assets. You will be assigned as the primary cardholder for the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) program and is the Agency Program Coordinator for the Government Travel Card Program You will serve as the administrator for the Defense Travel System and oversee the processes and procedures. You will coordinate and maintain a working relationship with the other administrative contacts within the Command. You will gather information, identify, and analyze issues and develop recommendations concerning a variety of administrative programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience with one year which was equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or NH-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and organizing work; maintaining electronic databases and managing administrative programs and activities (e.g. maintaining training records, personnel management, correspondence, procurement and travel). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
