Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging group training sessions using F45 Training methodologies
• Create a motivating and inclusive environment for all members at F45 Stafford
• Assist members in achieving their fitness goals through personalized guidance
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Support membership retention through positive member interactions and engagement
• Prepare and set up for functional training classes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Participate in monthly F45 Athletics webinars and trainings
• Uphold studio standards and procedures during opening and closing
• Conduct studio tours and assist with membership inquiries
• Lead a minimum of 5-8 classes per week and one weekend per month

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 month of experience as a personal or group fitness trainer

Current fitness certification from an F45-approved education entity (ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NSCA)

CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong member relationships

Solid understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology

Passionate and motivated about health and fitness

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
