ManpowerGroup Sr. Marketing Manager in Stamford, Connecticut

Our client, a leading player in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Marketing Manager , you will be part of the Innovation team supporting various brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Marketing Manager

Location: Stamford, CT (3 days onsite, hybrid possible for top candidates)

Pay Range: $55.40 - $77.50/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Identify and commercialize innovation and renovation initiatives that align with organizational strategic growth objectives.

  • Generate new business opportunities by uncovering unmet consumer needs in the marketplace.

  • Collaborate with internal Brand Marketing teams, Sales, and Consumer Insights to validate a pipeline of ideas for launch.

  • Build compelling business cases for each innovation initiative demonstrating project value and impact.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams and inspire delivery of results.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience in product innovation, preferably within the CPG sector.

  • Background in cross-functional collaboration with Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain.

  • Expertise in day-to-day product launches and long-term strategic initiatives.

  • MBA preferred.

  • Strong ability to connect consumer needs with innovative solutions.
