Perform daily duties of a large farm operation which includes production of row crops, vegetable crops, lumber products, dairy operations, maintenance of buildings, grounds, roadways and the operation and maintenance of all farm equipment utilizing inmate workforce. Provide training, supervision and evaluation to inmate workforce while performing all farm tasks.
