Job Description

We are seeking dedicated machine operators to join our team with positions available on both A Shift (Sun, Mon, Tues & every other Sat 7a-7p) and D Shift (Wed, Thurs, Fri & every other Sat 7p-7a). In this role, you will lead and direct the operation of the assigned production line(s) and associated equipment, ensuring that customer requirements are met. You will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation, work instructions, and work orders are available and clear to all team members. You will read and interpret production work orders to ensure that machine process settings are correctly applied. Your role will also include verifying production line setups, maintaining equipment, assuring safety rules are followed, managing workplace organization, handling worker grievances, and ensuring proper control and reporting of inventory.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Statesville, North Carolina.

This position operates in a non-climate controlled, very hot textile environment
