Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat support vehicles contributing innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide, focusing on durability, mobility, and performance. Responsibilities: * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key products, integrating and testing them at the subsystem and vehicle levels. * Plan and execute engineering projects using project management principles, generating and managing project plans and schedules. * Establish funding mechanisms and forecast project demand while tracking metrics to drive project performance. * Oversee vehicle system-level design, integration, build, and testing activities. * Serve as the primary technical interface for internal and external customers, representing the project and engineering teams to leadership. * Lead programmatic events and support bid efforts for RFIs and proposals. * Manage problem reports, prioritize issues, and facilitate change processing metrics. * Propose and assess process improvements to enhance design throughput and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (other degrees considered with relevant experience). * Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience. * Proven leadership in leading design, development, and integration of complex systems. * Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. * Excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Business acumen and negotiation skills. * Ability to assess technical risks and develop mitigation plans. * Willingness to travel as needed.
