Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator onsite in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This role involves a range of tasks within the IT industry, focusing on maintaining and improving our server and network systems. The Systems Administrator will be expected to work independently, managing server migrations and troubleshooting issues without guidance.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and managing server migrations independently

• Designing and managing projects related to our server and network systems

• Interacting with clients to discuss and implement system designs

• Replacing and understanding servers with Active Directory

• Utilizing skills in Microsoft Technologies, O365, and O365 Migrations

• Troubleshooting issues related to Active Directory, Azure, and our network

• Applying basic foundational knowledge of network troubleshooting to resolve issues

• Leveraging skills in Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Azure for system improvements

• Utilizing MS Office 365 for administrative tasks and communication

• Provide Troubleshooting support as main last escalation point for issues

Requirements

• Must possess at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Systems Administrator

• Proficient in Cloud Technologies

• Knowledgeable in Active Directory

• Experienced in Microsoft Azure

• Capable of Basic Network Troubleshooting

• Skilled in MS Office 365, previous MSP experience is desired

• Experienced in Server Migrations and resolving escalations.
