Currently Unfunded Position

Nightwing is looking to fill an Information Review and Release Analyst position, in the Warrenton area. The candidate will support a dynamic fast-paced business office where quality, accuracy, and consistency in performance are a must. Duties performed on the job involve archiving, storing, and recalling financial vouchers in accordance with Sponsor’s policy. Candidate is responsible for inputting data into various databases throughout the day, supporting a finance team with Inspector General requests, and archiving vouchers as needed. Additionally, this candidate will provide copier, scanner, and facsimile support.

Duties:

  • Archives, stores, and recalls financial vouchers in accordance with Sponsor policy

  • Enters data into various Sponsor databases throughout the workday

  • Supports a Finance team with Freedom of Information Act and Inspector General requests and basic archive voucher requests as needed

  • Provides copier, scanner, and facsimile support

  • Receives mail from outside customers

  • Provides support to the sponsor as needed for other tasks regarding the program

  • Ability to provide support during core business hours until 3:30 pm

Requirements:

  • Great Multi-Tasker & Organizer/Scheduler

  • Detailed-oriented and who can effectively manage competing priorities

  • Great customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and customers

  • Ability to lift and move boxes using rolling carts

  • Knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) and Sponsor culture and requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 6 full years of experience specific to the skill must be reflected.

  • TS/SCI with Poly which is transferable to this program and customer

The salary range for this role is 70,000 USD - 142,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
