9th Way Insignia is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our corporate team. Our corporate team is comprised of high-performing, collaborative members with a balance of skills and over two centuries of combined experience.

The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for the 9th Way Insignia proposal process using our standard operating procedures (SOP). He or she supports the Proposal Manager, often serving as the point of contact for matters relating to the proposal process, schedule, and production logistics. This position is the lead role in managing a proposal process for an RFI/RFQ/RFP by coordinating, facilitating, writing, and producing proposals that adhere to the proposal process SOP in alignment with specific types of proposal and contract vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for effective communication, proposal team relationship management and coordination activities with teaming partners on the proposal. Coordinate internal proposal reviews. Assists the Proposal Manager in coordinating and managing the proposal to include, schedules and coordinates proposal kick-off meeting and creation of artifacts. Assist in publishing and enforcing schedules, arranging meetings, and facilitating the submission and iteration of author input. Serves as the file manager and coordinates the flow of editorial and graphic proposal pieces throughout the proposal development process. Assist the authors to obtain boilerplate information and graphics from previous proposals, as well as helping in copying and distributing materials. Handles desktop publishing. Compiles company certifications, resumes, past performances, and past performance questionnaires. Serves as Production Manager in cases of hard-copy submissions; assists in printing, copying, binding, and packaging of the final delivery copies.

Requirements:

BA/BS (or advanced degree) in English, Business Management, or related field Experience may be substituted for a degree Proposal writing, proposals and proposal process experience (2 or more years preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong writing skills Self-motivated Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated desktop publishing skills Ability to work on multiple efforts concurrently and under tight deadlines Ability to be flexible, maintain a positive attitude, and work collaboratively to develop a team environment

Location This is a remote position.

Compensation The salary range for this position is $55,000 - 60,000. 9th Way Insignia's range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
