Seeking a highly motivated member to join a very dynamic program in a world-class operations facility. The Security Monitor role joins our Site Operations Team responsible for day-to-day operations and upkeep of the facilities at the site. Individual will be responsible for on-site security monitoring and assisting with general hospitality services supporting customers working at the site. This individual will be a member of a team focusing on facilities management at a 100-acre site with roughly 20 buildings and 3 miles of roads. The Security Monitor responsibilities will include closely watching the activities of uncleared contractors and personnel preforming services on the site, ensuring compliance with established security policies.

Job Duties:

· Coordinate with Site Security office for arrivals, departures, and escorting of contractor traffic.

· Actively perform periodic inspections of contractor work locations, equipment, and materials.

· Arrange and deconflict contractor movements/locations with customer and co-worker activities.

· Lead vehicular columns to/from the Site entrance to work locations.

· Report to site Security Office for any prohibited and/or unusual conditions and events.

· In addition to the Security Monitoring responsibilities, the individual will perform general hospitality duties such as food and coffee delivery to work sites and assisting site housekeeping staff in housekeeping duties such as cleaning restroom, billets, conference rooms, training rooms, washing/folding laundry, trash removal, dishwashing, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and deeper annul cleaning efforts.

As an integrated member of the Site operations team, the Security Monitor will be expected to assess circumstances and conditions, determine appropriate solutions, report to leadership, respond to customer and coworkers request, and contribute to the coordinated efforts toward the common goals of the site. Likewise, the individual will perform other site duties as assigned to support specific customer taskings and requirements cooperatively with site personnel and management.

Required Skills:

· Good verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer interface abilities.

· Able to lift up to 25 pounds and work on their feet and/or seated for long periods of time.

· Able to maintain visitor logs, and clearly communicate via telephone and radio.

· Basic computing skills to answer emails, complete on-line training, fill-out time sheets, and other computer-based administrative tasking.

· Must be able to work well with others in small groups and interface daily with customers, but also able to work well independently and with minimal supervision.

· Occasionally required to work night and/or weekend hours and perform duties outside areas of expertise in order to meet time-critical surge requirements.

Desired Skills:

· Familiarity with operation of push-talk-radios and commercial laundry machines

· Valid drivers' license

The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
