    You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and get, want, and have capacity to do the following things:

  • Manage and restock shipping materials and supplies regularly.

  • Prepare labels, assemble and label packages, and ensure timely outgoing shipment.

  • Check incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, distribute to appropriate departments, and keep detailed records.

  • Keep the workspace tidy and safe, suggest ways to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and follow safety standards.

  • Assist with various tasks in the pharmacy to support overall operations.

    We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers each day:

  • Receive incoming shipments (10-20 per day)

  • Prepare, assemble, and label packages for outgoing shipment (200-300 per day)

    Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds

  • Capability to stand and walk for prolonged periods

  • Fine manual dexterity
