Significant laboratory experience, specifically in papermaking or a closely related area. Understanding of papermaking processes, materials, and equipment. Knowledge of the latest developments in paper science and ability to apply innovative approaches to solve complex problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with pilot-scale papermaking machinery. Knowledge of the forest products industry in Wisconsin. Knowledge of current sustainability practices in the forest products, paper, packaging, and fiber industries.
