Job Title: Sales EngineerJob Description

As a Sales Engineer, you will respond to inquiries and manage projects that are already established from dealers. This role involves taking inbound emails and calls, and working through the project using Autocad and an engineering background . This is not a cold calling position; all calls are warm, with sales already established, requiring only the finalization of the project. The position consists of approximately 75% desk work, answering emails and finalizing projects, and 25% phone work, communicating with customers about their project status and assisting with any issues that arise. You will be actively engaged throughout the day, utilizing Autocad to determine project specifics and product customizations for customers.

The work environment is a cubicle setting, primarily focusing on email and phone communications to complete customer projects. The team consists of 8 sales engineers, all with engineering backgrounds, which facilitates a collaborative and technically proficient atmosphere. Your direct supervisor has a background in Civil and Structural Engineering, providing knowledgeable support and guidance.
