Qualifications: A.S. degree or higher in architecture, drafting, construction management, or related field. Proficiency in BIM software tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD. Strong grasp of building systems, construction methods, and architectural/engineering principles. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and documents. Exceptional attention to detail and complex model handling skills. Effective problem-solving and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with construction industry standards and BIM protocols. Previous experience in BIM modeling or related roles is a plus.
