What You'll Be Doing:

  • Optimize Operations: Manage budgets effectively and find innovative ways to reduce costs while maintaining exceptional service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a big plus.

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is required, though a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Experience: 2-5 years of supervisory experience in custodial or facilities services, with a track record of managing at least 40 employees.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

  • Technical Know-How: Strong digital literacy, especially with Microsoft Office, and a valid Driver’s License.
