This job opportunity is a temporary, seasonal, full-time position. Eleven (11) Landscape Laborer positions available. Work will begin April 1, 2025 through November 29, 2025. It requires applicants be ready, willing and able to perform work duties the entirety of employment at all designated worksites and the ability to follow workplace rules. It is an entry level position, no experience required and employee will work under close supervision. On the job training will be provided. Job duties include mowing, edge, trim, blow, plant, water, dig, rake, weed flower beds, use common horticultural products, hauling and installing things such as mulch, soil, or plants. Pruning shrubs and small trees, picking up and disposing of litter and plant debris. Placement of landscape fabrics and commonly used landscape materials for landscape installations and may perform any other related landscape laborer activity as per SOC/OES 37-3011. Employee will also maintain properties using, maneuvering, and operating hand and power tools, mowing equipment, and vehicles and may assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment used each day as well as cleaning out vehicles and equipment storage spaces.

Board, lodging, living quarters: For those employees who do not reside in a normal commuting distance, on an optional basis, the employer will assist in securing housing or living quarters. All housing options will be shown to said employee, employee will be responsible to choose the option that is most economically suitable for them. The payment will be paid directly to the landlord.

Initial transportation and subsistence: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will be consistent with applicable regulatory requirements, arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence to the place of employment. Daily subsistence will be provided at the rate required at the time of travel which is currently \$15.88 per day to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.

Return Transportation and Subsistence: Workers will be provided with or reimbursed for outbound transportation and subsistence consistent with applicable regulatory requirements if the employee completes the period of employment or is dismissed from employment before the end of the period of employment. If transportation is provided, it will be by common carrier land or air conveyance at the option of the employer. Employer will pay for worker\'s reasonable cost of return transportation to the place the worker originally came from. Daily subsistence will be provided at the rate required at the time of travel.

Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period.

Reimbursement to H-2B worker of visa and other related fees: H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government.

Round trip transportation from business address to the job sites daily will be provided at no cost to the worker.

The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.

This job order, including its wages and working terms and conditions are contingent upon prevailing legal interpretations of Federal H-2B immigration and FLSA employment law, including Department of Labor and Department of Homeland Security regulations. If any such prevailing law is rescinded, superseded, vacated, or substantially modified, then any affected portion of this job order will be similarly modified.
