We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to join our team and help maintain our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities

• Inspect and test materials, products, and processes for quality and compliance with specifications.

• Conduct routine inspections throughout various stages of production to detect defects and deviations.

• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines.

• Analyze quality data, generate reports, and communicate findings to management.

• Monitor and document the performance of quality control systems and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Identify trends and patterns in product defects or process inefficiencies.

• Perform root cause analysis and assist in the development of corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, testing, and analysis.

• Train production staff on quality control standards and processes.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials meet quality requirements.

• Participate in internal and external audits related to quality assurance.

The essential functions of this role include:
