Who You Are: We are seeking a Temporary Warehouse Associate at Monarch Crematory – Bay Area in Stockton, CA for a 4-6 Week Assignment. Working behind the scenes, you will ensure that all containers are carefully managed, verified, and prepared according to strict guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of dignity and respect.

What You Will Do:

• Verification: Carefully inspect containers, inspect contents, and verify state tag numbers to ensure correct identification. This involves physically handling containers with care and precision.

• Inventory Management: Organize and manage the storage of containers, ensuring that each is correctly labeled and stored in the proper location within the warehouse.

• Document Management: Read, interpret, and organize documents, ensuring that all paperwork is correctly separated and filed. This includes checking identifying characteristics, dates, and other essential details.

• Physical Labor: Regularly lift and transport 10-pound containers, with tasks involving the handling of over 480 containers. This requires continuous physical activity, including standing for extended periods.

• Warehouse Operations: Work in a warehouse environment, which may include high temperature working conditions. Responsibilities also include standing on ladders to retrieve items from shelves, with some required above-head lifting of heavy items.

• Process Adherence: Follow detailed multi-step processes to ensure all containers are prepared per instructions provided. Adherence to strict protocols and attention to detail is essential.

  What We Require:

• Attention to Detail: A sharp focus on verifying identifying characteristics, dates, and locations, ensuring the accurate handling of containers.

• Physical Strength: Capable of lifting and carrying 10-pound containers repeatedly, handling the physical demands of working with over 480 containers.

• Endurance: Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, while performing repetitive tasks. Breaks are provided.

• Heat Tolerance: Willingness to work in a warehouse environment that may involve high temperatures.

• Ladder Work: Comfortable standing on ladders and reaching above head level to remove heavy containers from shelves.

• Document Management: Ability to read and accurately interpret documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is correctly managed.

• Basic Math Skills: Capable of performing simple calculations related to the job.

• Multi-step Processes: Ability to follow multiple directions and steps meticulously to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
