We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for executing the innovation pipeline for our brands, ensuring excellence in execution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and R&D, you will lead portfolio project execution. Your role will encompass various aspects of product development, compliance, and business continuity.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead projects internally and with external partners, focusing on technical problem resolution and project success criteria.

  • Shape, lead, and execute the innovation pipeline in collaboration with other organizational leaders.

  • Translate consumer data and market insights into accurate technical briefs to secure brand strategy and business goals delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations/laws.

  • Establish project success criteria and monitor progress to deliver against objectives.

  • Manage budget allocation across R&D.

  • Mitigate risk and support agility and speed to market.

  • Provide project/program progress reports and status updates to senior management.

  • Manage R&D, Regulatory, and Micro teams, including talent discussions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of business-related experience.

  • Strong technical foundation in formulated products, including emulsions, surfactants, suspensions, and structured liquids, with an understanding of material chemistry.

  • Experience in developing and substantiating claims.

  • Successful track record in translating science into consumer and health professionals’ language.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Science or Engineering.
