JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Perform the receiving and put-away tasks for all inbound materials. * Compare materials received against shipping documents and identify and record any discrepancies discovered. * Inspect the quality of all inbound materials to ensure materials meet standards, engineered drawings, and quantities stated as on shipping documents and purchase orders. * Communicate all discrepancies as required. * Inspect, receive, and communicate all return materials authorized shipments as required. * Put away all received materials in a timely manner in their appropriate storage locations. * Ensure materials are recorded accurately in the computer system when received and moved to storage locations. * Operate decal production machines as required and if trained to perform all tasks related to decal production. * Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis. * Maintain good attendance. * Regularly contribute to the team effort to produce a quality product. * Work mandatory overtime when required. * Communicate effectively through verbal and digital methods (email, text messages, etc.) in a manner that is professional and within company policy and as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Assist with all aspects of shipping, receiving, counting, movement, and organizing of materials as part of warehouse operations as directed by supervisor. * Work with other warehouse team members to effectively complete assigned tasks. * Conduct cycle and physical counting of all materials as assigned. * Accurately document all shipments whether inbound or outbound. * Use/interface computer system to access information and process paperwork in a timely manner when required for the tasks being performed. * Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to...
