JOB REQUIREMENTS: Stoughton Health\'s New Cottage Grove Urgent Care is hiring a part-time Registrar. This position is responsible for accurately capturing and maintaining patient diagnosis, procedures, demographic, employment, emergency contact, guarantor, and insurance information for patients admitted for inpatient and outpatient services at Stoughton Hospital. This position establishes hospital billing accounts, to accurately charge for the services that are rendered. This position interacts with many internal and external customers and is responsible for creating a positive first impression of Stoughton Health. This position is also responsible for routing communications and for assisting with the traffic flow in visitor and patient reception areas. Prefer post-secondary clerical coursework. Multiple Schedules available: * Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm * Part-time, 20 hours per week, Weekday rotation, 4 pm - 8 pm, Every other weekend 9 am - 5 pm * Part-time, 16 hours per week, weekday rotation 4pm to 8pm, every other weekend 9am - 5pm.
