Description/Job Summary

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.. to 4:00 p.m.., overtime as needed including weekends

Job Summary: Operates and maintains package filling scales, sewing lines, conveyors, etc. Fills product into bags monitoring net weight and sews the product. Responsible for ensuring packaging materials are kept clean and safe. Maintaining quality product (ensure proper counts, product, appearance of package product) before, during and after packaging. Manually stacking and wrapping packaged product. Also responsible for documenting weight checks, label and product verification, lot code information onto products.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must possess basic math skills. (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)

• Must read, speak, write and understand English.

• Must be willing to climb up to 30 feet.

• Must be willing to lift up to 100 pounds.

• Must be willing to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, and turn throughout the day.

• Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.

• Must be willing to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

• Must be willing to be trained to perform basic maintenance on machines.
