* This position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.*

Position Description:

The Marketing Communications Project Manager will be a member of the ATI Business Development and Communications Department. Primary job duties involve overseeing the creative services team and ensuring the production of high-quality visual content that aligns with ATI's brand and strategic objectives.

Essential Functions:

Lead and manage the creative services team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.

Develop and implement creative strategies that align with ATI's overall business goals.

Oversee the production of various types of visual content, including videos, animations, graphics, and photography.

Ensure that all creative work adheres to ATI's brand guidelines and style standards.

Collaborate with the Director of Communications and Marketing to manage creative projects from concept to completion, coordinating with stakeholders across multiple departments.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to ensure that ATI's creative output remains cutting-edge.

Oversee and assist with web site design and maintenance, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (508 compliance) in this and all creative work.

Collaborate with other departments to help the Director of Communications and Marketing to identify creative needs and develop solutions.

Coordinate with the Director of Communications and Marketing to ensure ATI creative content is in line with emerging digital content trends to maximize its strategic messaging effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities:

Works with management and staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in film and video production, communications, media studies, graphic design, or a related field.

  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular emphasis on Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  • Proven experience managing creative teams and overseeing complex projects.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in videography, photography, digital animation, and graphic design.

  • Knowledge of WordPress and other content management systems.

  • Understanding of accessibility standards (508 compliance).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Preferred knowledge of digital media strategy and tactics.

  • Preferred experience managing creative projects for multiple departments.

  • Must successfully pass a background to access sensitive information and automated systems.
