Forklift/Warehouse Associate

Location: Sumner, WA Pay: $19-21/Hr. Work Type: Long-Term Temporary Opportunity Available Schedule: *Monday to Friday, 4:00am - 12:30pm *Start Date: Immediately

Our client is on the search for an individual with warehouse experience who is extremely reliable and a great attitude. Job Summary

As a Forklift/Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of materials from stock to the production line. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality will be essential in maintaining our clients high standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials within the warehouse
• Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts
• Update and monitor inventory flow
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all work
• Participate, support, and comply with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements
• Assist in any other duties to support operations, as requested by supervisor or manager
• Work directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in using MS Office software
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems
• Proven high level of attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry, including stock locations and tag accuracies
• Effective and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing (including email)
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, side-loaders, 4-directional lifts, or cherry-pickers
