**General Purpose of Job The Benefits and Compensation Administrator manages and administers employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. This role also supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and comply with legal requirements.
