Robert Half Project Manager IV in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager IV in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The chosen candidate will be a crucial team member in our Global Cyber Security division, managing both technical and business aspects of the Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Access Revalidation projects. The role involves significant interaction with various stakeholders and application owners, requiring a balance of project management skills and business analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Independently identify onboarding needs in the Privileged Access Management and Access Revalidation space

• Collaborate closely with engineers, application owners, and other analysts to ensure successful and quality implementation of PAM and AR for applications

• Track and report on project timelines, milestones, and status

• Apply knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices to daily tasks

• Foster strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with business needs

• Assess, document, and communicate impact of changes to key stakeholders and the business

• Handle queries from stakeholders of all levels regarding project outcomes

• Work with key stakeholders, business, and IT post-implementation to resolve issues

• Lead meetings to support all phases of assigned projects, using appropriate tools and technology according to meeting objectives and attendees

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reconciliation within reports and dashboards by reviewing, identifying, and resolving gaps and inconsistencies

• Utilize your knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources

• Gather requirements, provide expertise and guidance, and execute plans to enhance business capability, achieve results and support the global cyber security organization

• Support coordination and communications to implement solutions to end-users by utilizing a disciplined and systematic approach to ensure a thorough understanding of user requirements, user experience, and development and availability of accurate process documentation

• Identify and eliminate risks to complex change implementation by planning user acceptance testing, clarifying and ensuring developers understand requirements, coordinating users, executing tests, monitoring test completion, escalating defects/issues, and soliciting feedback to support accurate testing and alignment with desired outcomes

• Work in partnership with the program team to implement plans, working closely with stakeholders and system teams to identify requirements. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Communication and Planning Processes.

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Project Management.

• Exceptional Leadership Skills required.

• Ability to handle Reconciliations and oversee Onboarding processes.

• Experience in Project Implementation and managing Stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Monitoring Tools and ability to Execute plans effectively.

• Familiarity with industry Best Practices and ability to Resolve Issues.

• Experience in Defect Management and understanding of various Methodologies.

• Ability to manage project Timelines and understand Business Process Functions.

• Skills in Coordination and ability to Create Dashboards.

• Knowledge of UX principles and Cyber Security.

• Proven ability to set and achieve Milestones.

• Strong commitment to Data Integrity.
