The Role

As a member of the team, you will be working with business partners, senior system developer, senior and principal engineers, and QAs, implement, test, launch, document, and maintain scalable build and release systems. You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define the ystem features, drive the architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality and scalable solution

Key job responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, test, and document source code management, build and release systems, tools, and services, for FireTV products.

• Build, maintain and continuously improve infrastructure for a multi-site development team, including source code repository, build, integration, release tools and scripts, continuous integration infrastructure, packaging, and deployment tools.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure

• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust

• Experience with Linux/Unix

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems at scale

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
