Description

You will create pixel-perfect, robust and, accessible user interfaces using cutting edge web technologies. We are looking for someone who can collaborate with product team to turn requirements and wireframes into fully functional and highly performant Web applications utilizing standards compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and highly scalable services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

  • 4+ years with web UI development using JS

  • Experience with Java and related server side technologies

  • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or related field

  • Experience designing and building complex, highly available, large scale web applications.

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and solid QA automation processes. Frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, JS & one or more JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular or equivalent.

  • Excellent knowledge of server side programming languages & frameworks like Java & Spring.

  • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and configuration management systems such as Kubernetes or similar grid computing technologies, CI build tools such as Jenkins, and distributed logging and monitoring tools like Splunk.

  • Understanding of security best practices for web applications.

  • Experience in web analytics, accessibility, standards, and SEO techniques.

  • Passion for quality and attention to detail.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
