Ruckus Networks, a CommScope BU is looking for a MDU Business Development Manager to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with REITS and Strategic MDU partnersand influencers. Reporting to the MDU Senior Director of Sales, the candidate will be responsible for developing and executing on the key growth strategies for the sales Vertical.

How You'll help us connect the world:

  • Responsibility for supporting the MDUbusiness strategy including brand engagement and general sales campaigns and enablement

  • Drive selected growth initiatives within the MDU team including a successful deliver of go-to-market plans (e.g. software) including market analysis, customer and partner trends, creating value propositions, revenue forecasting, as well as sales programs to ensure success

  • Visit existing and prospective clients to understand the customers’ needs to requirements and capabilities in an effort to create new business opportunity to meet the targeted annual MDU revenue goals.

  • Address client issues so that a high degree of client satisfaction is maintained and recommend to management ways to improve the RUCKUS business as appropriate.

  • Identify and pursue partnerships and business development opportunities to support the company strategy for growth

  • Support where required and appropriate support on proposals and deals to ensure a competitive advantage for the company

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and foster business growthvia events, workshops and creative marketing.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies, product positioning, and content delivery.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5 plus years sales experience in Networking or MDU/REIT+ industry background.

  • Strong analytic skills

  • Strong communication and IT fluency

  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.

  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Skill in prioritizing and delivering on obligations.

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent time management and organization.

  • 50% Plus Travel.

  • Relationship building with C Level clients.

Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary+commission range for this position is $160,400-$240,700.

The candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, at least two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.
