Our client Intuitive Surgical in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team.

Primary Function of Position: The Material Handler 2 is an entry-level position responsible for basic material-handling duties in support of Production operations, both Sustaining and NPI, and other internal customers. To be eligible, a Material Handler must have basic counting, math, SAP, Microsoft office skills and must be capable of completing the Roles and Responsibilities. Roles and Responsibilities:This position will fulfill the following roles:? Receiving: Receiving materials, physically and systemically, to be used in production operations and engineering projects.? Parts Put-away: Physically and systemically moving approved Production materials from IQC staging areas into SMKT storage locations. (Totes and Bulk)? Supermarket (SMKT)o Parts Replenishment: Point-of-use parts replenishment for designated production lines. Follow First in First Out (FIFO) when putting away, picking and replenishment material.o MT: Fulfilling and transacting MT requests, received either electronically or via hard copy.o Sales Order Fulfillment: Fulfilling and transacting Sales Orders and Service Transfer Orders.? SPP Kitting: Production parts replenishment via SPP kitting.? Pack Out: Packing System carts, FRUs and kits.Inventory Control: Actively counting, performing basic math, and being able to compare transacted material to physical movements as part of an audit.Material Handler I will be responsible for the following:? Responsible for complying with general Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Warehouse housekeeping processes.? Maintain warehouse safety and housekeeping in accordance with 5S principles.? Communicating verbally and via email the status of material movements and transactions to appropriate internal customers.Skill/Job Requirements: Competency Requirements: (competency is based on: education, training, skills and experience.)? Possess high school degree or GED.? Minimum 1-years of experience in Material Handling operations preferred.? Experience and/or certification in operating material-handling equipment preferred.? Ability to lift material up to 35 lbs.? Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting, climbing ladders) is required.? Ability to adhere to attendance, safety, quality, and performance guidelines.? Experience with computer systems (MS Office, SAP, Agile, WMS) is preferred

IQC Inspector 1 – Entry Level Department: Manufacturing 41301 Reports to: IQC Supervisor Primary Function of Position: IQC Inspector will be performing dimensional and visual inspections of purchased parts, assemblies and products to ensure incoming specifications have been met prior to release to manufacturing and finished goods. Document and communicate the results of inspections to engineers and others. Roles and Responsibilities:

· Operate standard metrology equipment (caliper, height gauges, bore gauges, etc.) simple mechanical inspections.

· Interpret mechanical drawings and understand basic GD&T icons and concepts.

· Conduct visual/ and simple dimensional inspection of purchased parts materials and assemblies following procedures or specifications and disposition based upon results.

· Has some Mechanical Aptitude and has experience working with parts manually. Ex. production assembler.

· Document inspection results as required

· Maintain traceability of component materials as to inspection status

· Handle materials in accordance with procedures and prevent mix-ups, damage or other adverse effects.

· Record transactions and move materials to stock locations · Maintains the accuracy of identification and count of materials. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and conducting cycle counts.

· Very detailed oriented when reviewing documents and drawings.

· Performs any other projects or duties that may be assigned. Skill/Job Requirements:

· High school diploma required..

· 0-1 years related inspection experience or training; or equivalent.

· 2-5 years’ experience of manual assembly work if no inspection experience.

· Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs as well as basic computer skills.

· Must be able to use or understand the use of standard inspection tools, gauges

· Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.

· Can communicate clearly and concisely.
