• Lead and manage the dental practice to deliver excellent patient service

• Support and facilitate the dental team, ensuring productivity and organization

• Focus on effective patient scheduling, care, and time management

• Present financial agreements to patients and understand dental terminology

• Manage dental insurance codes and processes
