Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with Supply Chain Management, Hardware Manufacturing, and Business Operations.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in an Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations role building relationships and leading strategic and operational initiatives.
Experience with Hardware and Supply Chain Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Businesses.
Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels, with various cross-functional partners without direct authority, and deliver executive-level presentations.
Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills, with the ability to perform initial analysis with limited direction (e.g., spreadsheet modeling).

In this role, you will transform product lifecycle operations by enabling operational governance, efficiency, scalability, and agility. You will provide operations excellence and business process development in a Hardware New Product Introduction environment. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the annual planning strategy activities to set yearly team strategy to align with Cloud Supply Chain Organization strategy. You will also manage headcount and budget requirements for Hardware NPI organization, and model and forecast business requirements.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Partner with Finance, HR, and partner Strategy Operations teams to allocate and manage headcount and related costs, inform, influence, and enable global staffing plans and organizational structures.
Lead critical process improvement projects based on NPI business needs.
Lead and drive critical product operation Portfolio initiatives and Key Performance Work.
Establish operating processes including process optimization and improvements, identify issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence partners, and develop and drive holistic operation metrics for the NPI organization globally.
Deliver strategic narrative across all components of the business through scaled communications, and align with senior management and the leadership team.
