Lockheed Martin Program Security Associate Manager in Sunnyvale, California

Description: This position requires a Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.

The Program Security Associate Manager leads a team of security professionals supporting collateral and special access programs within a growing line of business at the Sunnyvale, CA facility.

Responsibilities include:

- Interpret and implement the NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 and ICD manuals and directives.

- Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.

- Demonstrate sound judgment, strong attention to detail, effective decision-making, and the ability to deliver on-time results.

- Frequent interaction with high-level internal and external customers as well as cross-discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

- Travel as needed.

- Respond after hours and be on call.

Basic Qualifications:

- Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.

- Prior NISPOM and SAP/SAR experience.

- Experience interfacing with external customers/agencies.

- Knowledge and ability to prepare DD Form 254

- Demonstrated track record of success with government agency inspections.

Desired Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

- Previous experience supporting life-cycle security requirements from proposal to contract close-out.

- Ability to manage multiple security protection levels existing on a program.

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

- Experience with the SIMS Database.
